DANCE.LAB @ DANCER AGAINST CANCER

We are looking forward to the great dancers from DANCE.LAB with 2 shows on June 3rd, 2023 in the Hofburg!

The dance school DANCE.LAB was founded in the summer of 2019 by a young, committed team of teachers with the idea of offering a wide range of training in various dance styles in Vienna that meets international standards. In the beautiful 19th district, all dance enthusiasts from the age of 4 can choose from numerous courses. But the DANCE.LAB with the Minis, Kids and Juniors classes does not only offer a wide range of dancing for children and young people, adults can also discover a lot on the timetable.

The core team, consisting of Petra Böhm, Michelle Hoffmann, Miriam Lechlech and Patrick Strasser, has not only used their own artistic experience and achieved high-level success in many sectors of the stage profession in recent years, but can also look back on many years of practice in working with children look back. This is crowned by several awards at national and international dance competitions in musical and show dance.

BLACK DIAMONDS ON JUNE 3, 2023 IN THE HOFBURG AT DAC

We, the Tanzsportverein Black Diamonds, are a colorful and dynamic dance group from Vienna, which takes part in competitions and makes every event sparkle! Our origins lie in a school “Jazzdance” group that wanted to further develop their joy and passion for dance. In 2008 the decision was made to stand on its own two feet: the Black Diamonds dance club was born. Since then, our team has grown to over 80 members and, in addition to promoting motivated dance talent, community and solidarity are very important to us. We are a big family that connects the passion for dance and the stage.

INDEED UNIQUE @ DANCER AGAINST CANCER

We are looking forward to the great dancers and choreographies of INDEED UNIQUE on June 3rd, 2023 in the Hofburg!!

Lisa Tatzber and Thomas Poms, the founders of Indeed Unique, shared the desire to create something profound and unusual right from the start and so they decided to teach together and start dance projects - INDEED UNIQUE

From autumn 2015, Lisa and Thomas also choreographed and staged for the dance industry, which became known primarily for their LED shows in Austria and Germany.

In the fall of 2016, Lisa and Thomas founded the Indeed Unique dance club to promote young talents, which repeatedly invite young, innovative choreographers and dancers to their master classes, such as: Chiara Daucher, Julian Strassl and Timo Tatzber, with whom they work together for “Dancer against Cancer “ choreographed at the Casino Baden and the Vienna Hofburg.

INDEED UNIQUE proudly opened their second dance studio in Mödling (Gretel Sätz Steig 8) in autumn 2021. and expanded the team of trainers to a total of 15 qualified young trainers.

With their work, the two want to stimulate thought, address topics that are neglected, especially in the entertainment industry, and of course share and pass on the joy of dance and what you can tell and achieve with it.

THE WINE AT THE DANCER AGAINST CANCER GALABALL

The Baumgartner family runs one of the largest wineries in Austria and is one of the most important producers of Grüner Veltliner reserve wines and the Weinviertel DAC Veltliner.

The Baumgartner domain is located in the quiet Pulkautal in the Weinviertel.

The Baumgartner family's history of viticulture can be traced back to 1725. In the last 50 years, the family business has expanded particularly strongly. It now has the capacity of 12 million kilograms of grapes and a tank volume of 15 million liters.

With 195 hectares in private ownership, the Baumgartner domain is one of the largest wineries in Austria. The wines from the Baumgartner domain meet the highest quality standards and have an unmistakable style.

TASTE THE MUSIC

Equipped with a solid education, high ambitions and many ideas, Katharina Baumgartner created a new line of wines that immediately found international acclaim. These innovative wines can best be described as "music in the bottle".

Katharina is a hobby pianist and her love of music inspired her to use the “bâttonage en musique” method. The young winemaker explains: "It's not a magic trick, but a well-known physical phenomenon. Inspired by the tonal frequencies of the music emanating from the speakers in the tanks, the yeasts are gently agitated after fermentation, inducing natural battonage. This makes the wines fuller, creamier and lasts longer.”
